• Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa is the breath synchronised movements. Moving in and out of postures is the obvious movement but even in stillness Vinyasa is represented by the beat of your heart and inhale/exhale of your breath. This indicates that we are not “throwing our bodies around” but we are bringing consciousness to each movement in each present moment.

    For beginners: A class to introduce yourself to yoga and movements, and to restore an overall wellbeing first thing in the morning - to feel ready and open minded for the day.

    For intermediate to advance practitioner: the Ashtanga primary series practice is often described as ‘moving meditation’ as the union of movement, breath, bandhas (energy locks) and focal point will help reach a strong meditative mental state. Fixed sequences are very helpful for finding mental stability and focus. This class is fairly dynamic and it’s the perfect combination between strength and flexibility. The aim of the practice is to build up prana.

  • Yin + Oils

    Yin yoga is an antidote to the fast-paced, Yang world we live in. If you are looking for a stretch of our connective tissue and rejuvenating class, this one is for you. Suitable for all levels of experience. Holding postures for an extended period of time alongside guided meditation, we aim to ease the body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. Essential oils will be introduced to take your practice to the next level.

  • Pilates Fusion

    Pilates is about engaging the mind in the body. Mental focus encourages the development of body awareness. Intrinsic feedback is the physical feel of the movement as it is being performed. Noticing different sensations, staying curious, witnessing, allowing, perceiving, engaging and facilitating. Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles it is about experiencing the body, totally experiential.
